Hey, all my book girlies and smutty boys!
It’s been a serious minute since I last sent a newsletter. I have two good reasons for it.
I got really sick in June while doing signings and was healthy for all of five minutes before it started all over again.
I'm a remarkably lazy piece of shit. If given three things to do, my imaginary friends and I will do two of the three and fail to complete one.
So much is happening. Or maybe I can get away with…happened. I plan to update my website with photos from this summer’s signings within the next month. Kiss and Tell was incredible. I’m so going to kiss and tell… I can’t go next year, and I’m so sad…but it was there in Texas that I got a sinus infection.
Getting Witchy With It, New Orleans, took place in one of my favorite places, and I went to 2 Phat Vegans, which was so GOOD. After the event, I wanted to go to the market, and that was awesome because I got out of the Uber and saw spots everywhere. My guy stopped me from face-planting on a concrete surface.
From there, we headed home, and I tried to keep it going, but by the end of July, I had pneumonia.
Fast forward to three weeks ago. Every one of the buttholes in my family got sick. I was cheerleading for myself. Then I got it…worse than all of them. Eff family. I got books, cats, and my mug collection!
Oh, and they’re cute. They are like, “When you wheeze, it sounds like a cat meowing.”
My birthday is coming up and I’ve decided to celebrate with you all by hosting a newsletter subscribers only giveaway!!
I’m not talking to my family today, I’m sitting out on my patio still working on my next release, At Any Cost! I’m dressed like a turkey, I’m wearing two mismatched slippers (Lovey steals socks and she probably took them), and my Christmas flannels. I feel like crappola, and I’m going to relax and write.
JUMPER will be FREE this weekend, along with some other AMAZING books!
OH NO! I forgot I was making fries! I have to go!
